We are pleased to bring together a range of food & beverage offerings to this year’s Fiesta patrons. Taste your way around our food stalls and try everything from delicious seafood dishes (including scallops, of course!), street food and more before topping it off with some sweet treats. For the wine & beer and other sips lovers we have a fantastic showcase of local beverages, and of course coffee. See the full list of Fiesta stallholders below.

If you’re planning on attending the Growers and Makers Market which includes the Fine Tasmanian Produce Showcase, on Saturday 3 August 2024, we have a wonderful group of stallholders selling locally made and grown goods, visit the Fringe Events page for more information.

Sunday Igloo Dining is something you can’t do everyday in Tasmania, even in mid winter, but at the Tassie Scallop Fiesta you can. We are importing three igloos to give you an extra special food and beverage “luxe” Fiesta experience on Sunday 4 August 2024. Tickets are limited, be sure to book your one hour cosy food and wine experience today. An ideal Fiesta experience for groups of eight friends or just join in with others, you’ll feel extra special and warm. Seating in each igloo is limited to eight people, where you will be served a mini seafood degustation of three entrees from Two Sister’s Pattiserie accompanied by premium Delamere wines. Even the Mt Ossa water is special, adding to the exclusive experience.

Where do the igloos come from? Well we are lucky in Tassie to have a small parties and events business which we can support within this event. Teeny Tiny Teepees, providing not one but THREE amazing Igloos and an Igloo dining experience like no other with their incredible new Igloo Dining theme that will lovingly represent all that this fabulous winter fiesta is about….the fishing and maritime heritage of Bridport and of course - Scallops!
